Kylen Button, MSW, is an accomplished researcher and data analyst with extensive experience in addressing human trafficking and public health issues. Currently serving as the Lead Researcher and Data Analyst at Covenant House New Jersey, Kylen leads projects in the Covenant House Action and Research Tank (CHART) and specializes in Human Trafficking Victims Services and Outreach. Prior roles include content creation at the Columbia University Committee on Forced Migration, research on HIV/AIDS at UNICEF, and program evaluation for Small Projects Istanbul. Kylen's background encompasses anti-human trafficking initiatives with organizations like the New York State Unified Court System and VIBS Family Violence & Rape Crisis Center. Educationally, Kylen holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from American University.
