Marissa Cloutier

Marissa Cloutier has a diverse range of work experience. Marissa started in 2009 as a Finance and Corporate Strategy Intern at Jackson National Life Insurance Company. In the same year, they also interned at the U.S. Commercial Service, where they gained experience in trade promotion.

In 2010, Marissa became an Import/Export Specialist at IOMAX USA, focusing on defense article licensing and compliance. Marissa'sresponsibilities included evaluating proposed munitions sales and ensuring conformance with national policies.

From 2013 to 2015, Marissa worked at the NASA Langley Research Center as an Assistant Center Export Administrator. Marissa'srole involved assessing and ensuring compliance of program activities with NASA policies and U.S. regulations.

Since 2015, Marissa has been working at the U.S. Department of State as the Chief of the Compliance & Civil Enforcement Division.

Marissa Cloutier has a dual degree in International Relations and Finance from Michigan State University. Marissa also holds a Master's degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
