Melissa Blau

Melissa Blau is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life in Balance Counseling and Wellness Center, where since April 2024, Melissa has been providing individual counseling with a focus on supporting parents and caregivers facing challenges in their relationships with their children. Additionally, as a Regional Coordinator for DePaul Community Resources since August 2020, Melissa oversees post-adoption support services for over 300 adoptive families in the Western and Piedmont regions of Virginia, offering no-cost case management, education, training, advocacy, and peer support. Melissa Blau holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Boston University and two degrees from Radford University: a Master of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work (MSW).
