Lauren Kemner Miller

Lauren Kemner Miller, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Research and Innovation Strategies and Chief of Staff of the Office of Research Services at DePaul University since November 2020. Additionally, since March 2020, Lauren has been an External Evaluator at PINNACLE EVALUATION SERVICES, LLC, conducting evaluations for federal grant programs and advising university administration on compliance. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Robert Morris University from 1999 to March 2020, including Director of Grant Advancement, Director of MPBI Grant, and Director of First-Year Experience, where responsibilities encompassed grant proposal development, student engagement initiatives, and academic program management. Earlier experience includes positions as Vice President of Academic Administration, Campus Director, Child and Family Therapist, and educator in higher education. Lauren holds a PhD in Higher Education, an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
