Mike Henry Director of Compliance

Mike Henry is currently the Director of Compliance at Deployed Services since January 2023. Before that, they had significant work experience in law enforcement and security. From August 2018 to January 2023, they served as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in San Diego. In this role, they oversaw operations and management of over 400 special agents and 100+ support staff. Mike Henry ✯ also had various collateral duties, including being the commander of the San Diego Rapid Response Team and the Special Response Team. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2018, they were a Supervisory Special Agent, and from 2003 to 2007, a Special Agent at the same agency. Before joining DHS, from 2001 to 2003, they were a Special Agent at the U.S. Customs Service, focusing on criminal investigations related to trade fraud, money laundering, and contraband smuggling, among others. Mike Henry ✯ started their law enforcement career as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent from 1996 to 2001, where they detected and prevented violations of immigration laws.

Mike Henry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University. Additionally, they have earned a Master of Forensic Sciences degree from National University.
