The Role
As a Payroll Experience and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organisation, in partnership with the Customer Team leadership, by designing, overseeing and maintaining the build out and ongoing maintenance of operational capabilities and support for Deputy’s Payroll Product. In this role, you will work closely within the Customer Team to design and develop the processes that enable self-serve onboarding and implementation for smaller customers, professional services implementations for larger customers, and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with Deputy’s product, finance, and legal teams, as well as critical third parties, to deliver scalable and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
