Chloe Sesta-Jacobs

Chloe Sesta-Jacobs is an accomplished communications and people experience leader with extensive experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Deputy, Chloe provides strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team and ensures consistent messaging across the organization. Previous roles include Global Director of Inclusion & Engagement and Global Head of People Experience, where Chloe expanded initiatives on a global scale. At Rotor Studios, Chloe led the people and culture strategy, fostering a dynamic work environment, while earlier roles at Luma Pictures and Film Blerg focused on enhancing company culture and supporting creative projects. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
