Seraya Cliff

Seraya Cliff serves as the Student Experience Manager at Derby College since November 2017, overseeing the implementation and management of student entitlements related to employability, work placements, character education, and personal tutoring across all campuses. Previously held roles include Character Education and Tutorial Lead, and Student Experience and Progression Coach Co-ordinator, emphasizing collaboration and targeted support to enhance student progression and achievement. Seraya's experience includes positions at Vision West Nottinghamshire College as an Achievement Coach and Teacher Trainee, and at Nottinghamshire County Council as a Play Support Worker, where Seraya focused on supporting and engaging young individuals. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Character Education from the University of Birmingham, a PGCE from Nottingham Trent University, and a BSc in Psychology from Aberystwyth University, alongside additional qualifications in social pedagogy and career guidance.
