Tamika Tyan

Tamika Tyan is a versatile performer with extensive experience in musical theatre, acting as a professional singer and actor at CenterStage at the Jewish Community Center since 2010. Notable roles include Motormouth Maybelle in "Hairspray," Chiffon in "Little Shop of Horrors," and various characters in "Ragtime" and "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas." Additionally, Tamika has been associated with Derby Dinner Playhouse since 2009, taking on roles such as Dynamite/Ensemble in "Hairspray" and Trix the Aviatrix in "The Drowsy Chaperone." Alongside a flourishing artistic career, Tamika serves as a Financial Recovery Provider Integrity Specialist at Humana since November 2006. Tamika holds a degree in Music Production from the Los Angeles Film School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Post University.
