Ryan McDermott

Ryan joined the Derby team in 2012 as a Helpdesk Intern and then began learning the Derby business from the ground up. He continued to use his background to expand his knowledge of Derby’s core ERP and WMS systems becoming one of the in-house experts. Ryan has been instrumental in integrating customers and internal processes into their internal systems. He joined the leadership team as Director of Project Management in 2021 and continues to push enhancements throughout the organization. Ryan graduated from the University of Louisville in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems. Ryan enjoys spending his time with family and friends especially UofL football games and the lake during the summer.
