Nick Marsden 2nd

Nick Marsden 2nd has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, currently serving as the Control Room Team Leader and Force Incident Manager at Derbyshire Constabulary since January 2008. Previous roles within the same organization include Criminal Justice and Custody, Response Sergeant, Detective Sergeant, and Police Sergeant. Nick also gained valuable experience as a Law Trainer during a secondment with the College of Policing from March 2003 to February 2005 and began their career as a Police Constable at Derbyshire Constabulary from October 1995 to March 2003. Prior to this career, Nick worked as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald and as an Engineering Technician at Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson Ltd. Nick holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and a BTEC National Certificate in Civil Engineering from The Sheffield College.
