Kyle T. MacDonald

Kyle MacDonald is an attorney in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. MacDonald’s practice focuses on representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and civil rights cases arising under federal, state, and local laws.

Mr. MacDonald completed his undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics cum laude and served as Student Body President. Mr. MacDonald subsequently received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law as a Dean’s Scholar.

During law school, Mr. MacDonald developed a passion for labor and employment law. Mr. MacDonald served as an Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review, where his article on employee misclassification was selected for publication in the Law Review’s 16th Volume. Mr. MacDonald’s academic scholarship in employment law was also awarded Second Place in the Louis Jackson Memorial National Student Writing Competition in Employment and Labor Law. Mr. MacDonald’s unique skills and experience make him a fierce advocate for his clients.
