Dhanya Vijay Menon has extensive work experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and learning. Dhanya is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Development at Deriv, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OpenText from February 2019 to April 2022, where they held the role of Lead Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Specialist. Before joining OpenText, Dhanya worked as an Independent Consultant from May 2017 to January 2019.
