Jazmin Lawes has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Jazmin began their career at AFS Intercultural Programs in December 2019 as a Support Specialist, where they worked until May 2020. Jazmin then joined Deriv in March 2021 as a Customer Support representative and later progressed to become a CS Quality Assurance Analyst in September 2021. Jazmin's exceptional skills and dedication led their to become the CS Quality Assurance Team Lead in January 2022. Jazmin further advanced their career and took on the role of Customer Service Support Operations Manager in January 2023. Currently, Jazmin is serving as the UX & Research Operations Lead at Deriv, starting from February 2024.
Jazmin Lawes earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción from 2015 to 2020.
