Joshua Teh

Joshua Teh has extensive experience in customer support and technical sales, currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Deriv since July 2020, after roles as Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Specialist within the same company. Prior to Deriv, Joshua worked as a Technical Sales Executive at Dindings Soya and Multifeed Sdn Bhd from August 2018 to March 2020, and as a Customer Service Representative at Teledirect Telecommerce from May 2017 to May 2018. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.
