Carlos Altamirano

Carlos Altamirano is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Renewable Control Center Manager at Deriva Energy since October 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Renewable Control Center Manager at Duke Energy Corporation from February 2013 to October 2023, after progressing from Renewable Control Center Supervisor. Carlos has extensive expertise in managing teams, particularly in the operations of wind, solar, and battery plants.
