Kai Vandegrift

Kai Vandegrift has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. At Derive Systems, they served as the VP of Supply Chain, overseeing the procurement and delivery of supplies and materials. Prior to this, they were the Director of Supply Chain, providing leadership and ensuring service level expectations for quality, cost, and delivery were met. They also worked as an Operations Quality/Test Engineer, evaluating suppliers and leading resolution efforts.

At Conelec Electronic Manufacturing, Kai held several positions, including Senior Manager and Production Manager - Test. In these roles, they managed teams, led project planning and development of test fixtures, and supported failure analysis activities. They also worked as an AOI/SPI Programmer, responsible for programming Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Additionally, they started their career as a Test Technician at Conelec Electronic Manufacturing.
