We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate skin care instructor with the ultimate goal - to deliver outstanding education to the Professional Skin Therapists that sell Dermalogica. You will teach them about the skin, our products, current treatments, and how to grow their business.

Certified Skin Therapist
Minimum of 2 years Education and Training experience in a skin care environment.
Exceptional ability/confidence to present in a group setting.
Leads by example and displays a highly professional and motivated approach to all duties.
Self-motivated and driven.
Familiarity with virtual training on MS Teams or Zoom an advantage.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of digital outlets and applications through social media is an asset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, French is an asset)
Passionate about building relationships including mentoring, coaching, and providing outstanding customer service.
Demonstrate strong team mentality and ability to collaborate and support others.
Experience working with Dermalogica products is an advantage.

This role is NON-AGILE which means you are required to be in person 100%
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (5 days a week/7.5 hours a day); Lieu time provided for weekend duties with notice.
