Katerina Muscavage

Katerina Muscavage has had a diverse work experience in the retail and customer service industries. In 2015, they began their career as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret, where they were responsible for creating sales and offering customers savings on products. In 2017, they moved to EXPRESS as a Sales Associate, where they were responsible for cashiering, organizing and remodeling the store and stock, and working to fulfill customer needs. In 2019, they joined Edgewood Properties, Inc. as a Concierge, where they were the front face of the company providing assistance in maintenance orders, key programming, packages, and general resident and customer needs. In 2020, they were hired as a Patient Experience Manager at Compass One Healthcare. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Front Office Coordinator at Dermatology Medical Partners.

Katerina Muscavage obtained their Bachelor of Science in Health Administration with a minor in Digital Communications and Media from Rutgers University-New Brunswick between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Building Resilience, Improving Your Judgment for Better Decision-Making, Rolling Out a Diversity and Inclusion Training Program in Your Company, Solving Business Problems, The Six Biases of Decision-Making, and Developing a Learning Mindset in August 2020.
