Carey Herbert

Carey Herbert is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as Vice President Legal and Assistant General Counsel at Dermavant Sciences since August 2018, Carey previously held the position of Chair of Corporate Transactions at Rose Law Group pc from November 2016 to August 2018. Prior to these roles, Carey was President and Assistant General Counsel at Walton Group of Companies from August 2008 to May 2016. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta.
