Yahaira Lee Rabelo

Yahaira Lee Rabelo, SPHR has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Yahaira is currently the Sr. Director of Human Resources at DermCare Management, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Jazwares, LLC where they held various roles including Sr. Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Sr. Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources from 2016 to 2021.

From 2010 to 2016, Yahaira worked at Hospital Physician Partners as the Director of Human Resources. Yahaira collaborated closely with the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources to implement strategic initiatives and oversaw all aspects of the HR department. Yahaira also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist during their time at the company.

Yahaira's previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at HomeServe USA from 2009 to 2010, and as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Medical Business Service Inc. from 2004 to 2008. In their role at Medical Business Service Inc., they managed HR functions, supervised staff, and collaborated on special projects with the VP and Director of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Yahaira has gained expertise in areas such as on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, FMLA, workers compensation, and HR policies. With their extensive background and HR knowledge, they bring valuable experience to their current role at DermCare Management.

Yahaira Lee Rabelo, SPHR, received their High School Diploma from the School for Advanced Studies in 2000. Yahaira then went on to attend Florida International University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management in 2003.
