Joseph Grimes

Joseph Grimes has extensive work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Joseph is currently serving as the Vice President - Development at Dermody Properties, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Trammell Crow Company as the Vice President Development Management from February 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President at Meridian Design Build from October 2010 to February 2019. Joseph also had a short-term employment contract with Tetra Tech as a Senior Project Manager from October 2009 to September 2010, where they oversaw a project in Doha, Qatar. Joseph started their career at Opus North Corporation in August 1986 as a Senior Project Manager and remained with the company until June 2005. Between 2005 and 2008, they worked as the Vice President - Project Manager at ProLogis. Overall, Joseph Grimes has held various leadership roles throughout their career, primarily focusing on project management and development in the real estate industry.

Joseph Grimes attended Marquette University from 1984 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
