Nick Schraepen

Nick Schraepen is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Project HSE Manager at DESA Engineering Construction since January 2024, overseeing the construction of the Ciner Glass Factory in Lommel. Previously, Nick held several significant roles including Company Director at ProSafeCo and Project EHS&S Officer at Johnson & Johnson, where compliance and safety for machinery modifications were key responsibilities. Nick's extensive experience also includes firefighting with the Rescue Zone South-Western Limburg, and various HSE positions at organizations such as OCI Nitrogen, SABIC, Fluor Corporation, Engie Group, and MSD. Holding degrees in Safety Coordination and Prevention Advisor Level 2 from UC Leuven-Limburg, Nick is well-equipped with the knowledge and experience to manage safety in high-risk environments.
