Marco Colacito

Marco is responsible for talent management, employee relations, benefits, employee experience, management training, coaching and consulting, talent acquisition, culture change, and workforce planning. Prior to working at DeSales, Marco spent the majority of his HR career (17+ years) at Thomson Reuters working in their tax division as HR Director. While there, Marco led the ONESOURCE team of over 1,300 employees and a revenue of over $450m. Marco has his BBA from Baruch College and his MA from The New School, both in Human Resources Management. He is also currently pursuing a Certificate in Happiness from the Happiness Studies Academy.
