Sahiba Sachdeva

Sahiba Sachdeva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sahiba is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Business Development and Sales at Descartes Labs, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Strategic Sales and Account Management at Descartes Labs from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Descartes Labs, Sahiba worked at Palantir Technologies for several years. Sahiba started as a Deployment Strategist in 2015 and later became a Client Team Lead from 2016 to 2018. Sahiba then took on the role of a Product Development Manager from 2018 to 2019, where they led the development of bespoke products and was granted a patent for their innovation in time series analysis. Sahiba also served as an Internal Strategy Lead from 2020 to 2021 during their time at Palantir Technologies.

Prior to Palantir Technologies, Sahiba worked at PwC as part of the Forensic Technology Solutions team from 2012 to 2014. Sahiba also has experience in the finance sector, having worked at C-Quest Capital and HSBC in carbon finance projects and wealth management, respectively. Additionally, Sahiba has worked in various other roles at The QED Group, LLC and the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
