Khashayar Nazifi

Khashayar Nazifi has a diverse work experience in the technology and drive technology industries. Khashayar is currently working as the Managing Director of Technology at DESCH Group, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Technical Director at DESCH Antriebstechnik from January 2022 to May 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Khashayar was the Director of Production at DESCH Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, where they oversaw production operations. Before that, they worked as the Head of Production & Service at Eickhoff Antriebstechnik GmbH from August 2018 to April 2019.

Khashayar's experience also includes roles at Zollern GmbH & Co. KG, where they were the Head of Research & Development Drive Technology from April 2014 to June 2017. Khashayar also held various positions at Zollern Getriebetechnik Dorsten GmbH, including Plant Manager and Head of Research & Development. Khashayar worked at Zollern from March 2013 to June 2017.

In addition, Khashayar worked as a Freelancer under their own company, Nazifi, from June 2006 to December 2011, providing services in gearbox calculations, test stand design, lubricant analysis, gearbox development, material testing, and gearbox failure analysis. Prior to that, they were a Development Engineer at Zollern Dorstener Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG from February 2011 to November 2011, and a Verifications and Validations Engineer at Vestas from January 2010 to January 2011.

Khashayar Nazifi earned a Vordiplom in Maschinenbau from TU Dortmund University in 2003. Khashayar then went on to obtain a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau, specializing in Kraftfahrzeug-Antriebstechnik, from Ruhr University Bochum in 2006. Khashayar further pursued their education at Ruhr University Bochum and obtained a Doktor-Ingenieur degree in Getriebetechnik in 2009.
