Swati Mathur

Swati Mathur has a diverse range of work experience in product management and research. Swati is currently working as a Product Manager at DESelect, where they are responsible for managing and improving their products. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at eyewa, where they were responsible for enhancing the user experience and driving app downloads. Swati also worked as a Product Manager at KITMEK, where they established processes and created a roadmap for a gamified e-learning platform. Additionally, they served as a Project Lead at Grail Insights, leading teams through various product strategy assignments. Swati has also had internship experience in marketing at HCL Infosystems Ltd and completed a graduation project at Radnik Exports.

Swati Mathur completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech) from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in India, specializing in Apparel Production, from 2008 to 2012. Swati also completed their Class XII from Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, New Delhi.

In addition to their formal education, Swati Mathur has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Swati completed certifications in Product Strategy and Mastering Product Management from Reforge in July 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Swati also completed a certification in Become a Product Manager from Udemy in April 2020. Swati further expanded their expertise by obtaining a certification in UX Foundations: Research from LinkedIn in April 2020. In 2015, they achieved a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from NIIT Limited.
