Lynn Monkelien

Lynn Monkelien has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Lynn currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Desert Financial Credit Union, a position they have held since July 2020. Before that, Lynn was the Senior Director Talent - Talent Management & Talent Acquisition at Shamrock Foods Company from August 2014 to April 2020. Lynn was also the Senior Director, Enterprise Learning at Apollo Group from June 2010 to November 2013, and Vice President of Learning and Talent Development at Avnet from September 2007 to April 2010. Lynn's earlier experience includes serving as the Program Director, Curriculum at Six Sigma Qualtec from April 2000 to August 2007.

Lynn Monkelien obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Glasgow. Lynn then pursued further education at Arizona State University, earning a Master of Education degree in Educational Media and Computers. Following this, Lynn completed their Ph.D. in Learning and Instructional Technology from Arizona State University.
