Matthew Wright

Matthew Wright is the Chief Compliance Officer at Deserve. Matthew has over four years of experience in compliance management, during which time they oversaw partner compliance programs for four Bank partners. Matthew has also implemented substantial improvements to the design, methodology, tracking, reporting and enterprise-wide integration of the Bank's Compliance Risk Assessment. In addition, they managed a complete overhaul of the Bank’s complaints analysis and reporting process. Matthew is also responsible for creating a Marketing Compliance Standards guide.

Matthew Wright has a MBA in Strategy and Optimization from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a BS in Business Management from Weber State University. Matthew also has a Certification from the American Bankers Association in CRCM.

Matthew Wright reports to Kalpesh Kapadia, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Rajan Annadurai - CTO, Michelle Yee - Chief Business Development Officer, and Gib Popyon - VP, Financial Institutions.
