Swapnil Jadhav

Swapnil Jadhav has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Swapnil is currently working at Deserve as the Director of Engineering, overseeing mobile and web development, backend services, automation, and quality assurance. Swapnil joined the company in June 2019 and is responsible for building the engineering team and establishing processes and culture.

Before joining Deserve, Swapnil worked at Amazon as a Lead SDE - Mobile. Swapnil was involved in the development of Alexa's Mobile Voice iOS Core and UI SDK's and served as a core team member for the SDK's development team. Swapnil also led the Entertainment module development for Alexa's Mobile iOS and Android apps.

Swapnil previously worked at SmartServ as an Engineering Leader and Architect and at Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer on the Outlook mobile team. At Microsoft, they contributed to the development of MS-Outlook for iPhone and iPad.

Swapnil also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Acompli, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Swapnil has held engineering management and tech lead roles at Mutual Mobile and Evoleas (formerly Sapna Solutions), focusing on iOS development.

Earlier in their career, Swapnil worked as an iOS Engineer at Better Labs. Swapnil has a strong background in iOS development and has contributed to various high-profile projects throughout their career.

Swapnil Jadhav completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2007 to 2009.
