Konstantinos Tzortzis

Konstantinos Tzortzis is an experienced energy professional currently serving as the Head of Control & Dispatching Center at DESFA since October 2019, overseeing the implementation of transportation plans and operations within the Transmission System. Previously, Konstantinos held positions such as Shift Leader at the same organization, where responsibilities included monitoring the gas pipeline system and system load forecasting, and Energy Consultant at LDK Consultants, focusing on energy policy and market projects. Early career experiences involved roles as an Operator in a family retail business, Technical Support Engineer in the Greek Army, and Electrical and Construction Engineer at Plural AETVE. Konstantinos holds multiple degrees from the National Technical University of Athens, including an MSc in Techno-economic systems and an MSc in Energy Production and Management, along with a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
