Rishab M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rishab started their career at IP Network Solutions in 2016, specializing in Cyber Security. In 2017, they worked at Rothschild Capital LP as a Consultant before transitioning to IP Network Solutions again, this time focusing on Business & Cybersecurity. In 2018, Rishab had multiple consulting roles at GE, Chick-fil-A Corporate, Ford Motor Company, and NCR Corporation. Rishab also served as Executive Director at A-Town Showdown and held a Finance position within the same organization. In 2019, Rishab joined Accenture as a Strategy Analyst and later advanced to the role of Senior Strategy Analyst. Currently, they work as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, primarily working in the High Tech, Growth, Pricing, Corporate Strategy, Telecommunication, and Customer Strategy domains. Rishab is also involved in supporting Generative AI (GenAI) and Metaverse offerings. Additionally, Rishab has experience in the non-profit sector, having served as Vice President of Innovation at Desi Dance Network Incorporated in 2019.

Rishab M. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rishab also completed the Denning Technology & Management Program, earning a minor in Engineering & Business. Rishab M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Certificate in Management from Shenzhen University. Prior to their higher education, Rishab M. attended Fairfax High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas, including "Dynamics in the C-Suite" from INSEAD Executive Education in 2023 and "Business Strategy" from INSEAD Executive Education in 2022.
