Sara Shamaskin

Sara Shamaskin is a skilled professional with a diverse background in event production, administrative support, and human resources. Currently serving as the Professional Development Manager and Executive Administrator at the Design-Build Institute of America since May 2022, Sara previously worked as an Event Producer at CommPar and as a Convention Services Concierge at Omni Shoreham Hotel. Early career experiences include roles as a Baker at Village Sweet Bakery, HR Coordinator at WETA, and an intern in the United States Senate, among others. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Evolutionary Anthropology with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of Michigan, completed in 2015.
