Tara P.

Tara P. has a diverse work history spanning across various industries and roles. Tara started their career at Telvent as a Systems Analyst and was eventually promoted to Project Leader. Tara then joined Zelerate as a Lead Software Developer Architect, where they introduced efficient software development processes and provided technical leadership. After that, they worked at Pason Systems Corp as a Project Manager and Project Leader, responsible for business analysis, team management, and technical leadership. Tara then became self-employed as an Investment Manager, managing multiple portfolios. Tara later co-founded Jula Bay Enterprises Inc, where they served as a Partner, Consultant, and Investor, creating venture applications and managing their own graphic design company. At McElhanney Land Surveys Ltd., they worked as a Software Engineer, CRM Admin, and Business Analyst, implementing CRM software changes and developing custom GIS applications. Tara also had a second stint at Jula Bay Enterprises Inc., where they worked as a Professional Graphic Designer and Illustrator, specializing in sublimation designs and website development. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Natrinsic. Overall, Tara has a strong background in business analysis, project management, software development, and graphic design.

Tara P. has a diverse education history. From 1991 to 1995, they attended the University of Calgary and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. In 2005 and 2007, Tara completed the Investools PHd Investor Education Program at Investools, focusing on investment education. Additionally, in 2003, they obtained a MySQL CoreCertification from MySQL.

In recent years, Tara has been focusing on UX design. Tara completed several Google UX Design Certifications, including "Creating High Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma" in 2023, "Google UX Certificate Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts" from 2022 to 2023, "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" in 2022, "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" in 2022, and "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Tara has also pursued continuing education courses. In 2003, they completed the "Leading from the Inside Out" program at the University of Calgary Continuing Education, emphasizing leadership skills. Tara also participated in the "Fundamentals of Leadership" course at the same institution during the same year.
