Richard Tomolo

Richard Tomolo is an experienced industrial designer and lead design engineer with a demonstrated history of working in various sectors, including custom manufacturing and product design. Currently serving as the Lead Design Engineer at DCL (Design Communications Ltd.) since December 2021, Richard has contributed to a range of significant architectural projects. Founder of RTomolo Designs since 2009, Richard specializes in product design consulting and has engaged extensively in concept ideation, 3D modeling, and prototyping. Previous roles include industrial design positions at Van Stry, Quick Models & Engineering Services, and Symmons Industries, as well as project-based work for Allure Energy and prop design for film. Richard holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Product Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, complemented by an Associate's degree in Applied Arts from Quinsigamond Community College.
