Teman Evans serves as the Global Chief of Design at General Mills, where responsibilities include establishing design philosophy and strategy while collaborating with Marketing and Innovation teams on key design projects. In addition, Teman is a founding member of Design for Good, an advisory council aimed at utilizing designers' talents to address United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. As a lecturer in Brand Strategy at Harvard University, Teman guides strategic product innovation utilizing in-depth market research. Previous roles include Director of Global Brand Design & Customer Experience at PepsiCo, Vice President of Brand Strategy & Design at FCB/FCB Health, and various consulting positions for notable brands. Educational credentials encompass a Master’s Degree in Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Design Degree from the University of Florida.
