Chelsea DeSalvo currently holds the position of Account Manager for the Western Region at SDP/SI Mechanical Components, QTC Metric Gears, and QBC Bearings - Designatronics, a role that focuses on enhancing customer experience, identifying product gaps, and driving market growth since September 2017. Prior to this, Chelsea served as a Sales Coordinator, facilitating communication between departments and maintaining customer relations. Chelsea began their career as a Customer Service Representative and has also gained experience as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Supervisor at Mondo New Line Inc and North Star Collision, handling various administrative tasks and customer interactions. Early professional experience includes working as a Computer Lab Supervisor at Albany Public Library, assisting individuals with job searches and technology use. Chelsea holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from Buffalo State University and the University at Albany.
