Kris Medford Rossi

Kris Medford Rossi, Ph.D., has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kris is currently serving as the Senior Strategy Director at Design Bridge and Partners, leveraging their industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, CPG, and Retail to lead teams and define strategic platforms for creative solutions. Previously, they held various leadership roles at CareSource, including Director of Consumer Experience and Director of Healthcare Research. Kris also worked as the Manager of Consumer Experience at CareSource and as the Director of Strategy at Interbrand. In addition, Kris Rossi has held positions as a Part-time Faculty at Wittenberg University and Florida Gulf Coast University, as well as a Graduate Assistant at Bowling Green State University. Kris started their career at Accenture as an Analyst.

Kris Medford Rossi Ph.D. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Miami University in the years 1995 to 1998. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2000. They furthered their education at Bowling Green State University, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, at the same institution, they also completed a Graduate Certificate program in Women's Studies during the same period.
