Lucy Scott

Lucy Scott (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Lucy is currently working at Design Bridge as a People & Culture Director since January 2022, previously holding the position of People & Culture Manager from April 2020. Before joining Design Bridge, Lucy worked as an HR Manager at BrandOpus from March 2017 to April 2020. Prior to that, they had a series of roles at Framestore, including Junior HR Advisor from January 2016 to March 2017, HR Coordinator from July 2015 to December 2015, and Training & Recruitment Coordinator from October 2014 to July 2015. Lucy also served as an HR Assistant at IPG Mediabrands UK from January 2014 to September 2014. Lucy's earlier work experience includes roles as an Enrolment Clerk at Havering College from July 2011 to December 2013, a Summer Intern at Trinity Mirror plc in August 2012, an Office Junior/Bills Clerk at Legal Resolutions Ltd in August 2011, and a Transcriptionist at Alison Phillips in August 2010.

Lucy Scott (Assoc CIPD) completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Media & Cultural Studies from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd during 2010-2013. Lucy then pursued further studies and obtained the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn in 2016-2017. Prior to that, Lucy attended Brentwood Ursuline Convent High School from 2003 to 2010 for their high school education.
