John Takousis has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and web development. John started their career as an intern at Mellon Technologies in 2010. John then worked as a Junior Web Developer at Netstudio and focused on PHP and content management systems like Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress. Later, they joined EWORX S.A. as a Drupal Developer, where they worked on government-oriented websites for EU agencies and organizations. Since 2013, John has been working at Acquia, initially as an Engineer- Technical Support and later as a Principal Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they provide technical expertise, support, and training to clients, and contributes to the documentation and support process creation for new services and products. Additionally, they assist colleagues with difficult cases and holds a technical leadership position within the global support organization.

John Takousis received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ionian University between the years 2005 and 2010.
