Nneka Oyigbo

Nneka Oyigbo has a diverse work experience history. Nneka began their career at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital as a volunteer in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a researcher at Technische Universität Dresden. From 2018 to 2019, Nneka held various positions, including Vice President at Minority Connection Initiative and Intern and Grass Roots Advocate at Fair Shot for All. In 2019, they joined Boston University Fitness and Recreation Center as a Facilities Manager & Receptionist. Simultaneously, in the same year, they became involved in Boston University Student Government, first as Chief of Staff and later as Executive Vice President. Continuing their journey, Nneka went on to work for Boston University Real Estate as a Leasing and Property Management Agent from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, they joined Acquia in 2021, starting as an Account Management Coordinator and later becoming a Senior Account Management Coordinator. Currently, Nneka holds the position of Team Lead - Account Management Operations at Acquia.

Nneka Oyigbo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Boston University - Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies (Pardee School). Nneka has also pursued studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Technische Universität Dresden.
