Scott Reese

Scott Reese has a strong background in web development and technical roles. Scott started their career as a Web Administrator at Cody's from 1999 to 2007. Scott then worked at Cody's Books, Inc. as a Web Developer and Technical Support from 1999 to 2007, where they were responsible for continuous development and maintenance of the website. From 2007 to 2011, Scott worked as a Technology Consultant and Systems Administrator at T324, Inc., leading web development projects and focusing on the Drupal framework. Scott then co-founded and worked as a Lead Developer at Planet23 Consulting from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Drupal development and client management. Scott also served as a Lead Developer and Partner at Savvy Bride from 2011 to 2013, where their work focused on building and enhancing the website using the Drupal framework. Scott joined Acquia in 2012 and has held a variety of roles, including Technical Account Manager from 2012 to 2014, Principal Customer Onboarding Engineer from 2018 to 2018, Technical Architect from 2014 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Lead Software Engineer. In their role as Lead Software Engineer at Acquia, Scott focuses on agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and providing technical guidance.

Scott Reese attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Architecture. Scott does not hold a degree from this institution. Additionally, Scott obtained a certification as an Acquia Certified Developer from the Acquia Certification Program Office in 2014.
