Connie Yang

Connie Yang serves as Managing Principal AI and Data Science Consultant at LinkedIn and DesignMind, leading the development of AI and machine learning platforms and guiding clients through project lifecycles. Previous experience includes roles as Principal AI and Data Science Consultant at Passes, where Connie was the first employee and Head of Operations, and Data Science Fellow at On Deck. At Microsoft, Connie held multiple data science positions, contributing to significant improvements in Windows OS and leading a team that developed a machine-learning tool for customer feedback analysis. Connie is the co-founder of the Women in Data Science Community at Microsoft, expanding its membership to over 700 and organizing numerous events. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Discrete Math and Logic, Computational and Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
