Rosa Torredemer

Rosa Torredemer is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People Business Partner at Desigual and a Professor at Vogue College of Fashion, Rosa focuses on leadership and people strategy within the Master in Fashion and Beauty Business Management program. Prior to these roles, extensive experience was gained at Inditex, where responsibilities included HR Manager for Massimodutti and Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, managing large-scale recruitment initiatives and strategic HR planning. Rosa began her career with a solid foundation in project management, psychology, and HR consultancy, supporting multinational corporations across Asia and Europe in their human resources needs.
