Maxime Laroche

Maxime Laroche is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Performance, Investment, and Collaboration at Desjardins since July 2011. With a strong background in IT performance management, Maxime leads a cross-functional team of 12, focusing on defining and consolidating IT performance indicators aligned with strategic priorities. Previous roles include Manager of IT Performance and Portfolio Management, Team Lead for both Performance and Operational Efficiency and Business Intelligence Transformation teams, and positions at Université de Sherbrooke and Société de Transport de Montréal. Maxime holds a Master of Science in Business Administration specializing in Business Intelligence Strategy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Université de Sherbrooke.
