Maximiliano Simoncelli is an experienced UX Research Manager at Despegar, with a diverse background in user research, content strategy, and interactive design spanning over two decades. Beginning a career as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance, Maximiliano developed strong problem-solving and communication skills. As an Interactive Content Designer at Business Skills, attention was given to gamification and innovative learning tools. Transitioning to Despegar, Maximiliano has held various roles, including Sr. User Researcher and Sr. UX Content Strategist, focusing on user preferences and culturally relevant experiences.
