Margaret Nevarez, M.Ed, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. As the Senior Director of Human Resources at Dessert Holdings since August 2021, Margaret oversees HR operations for a leading provider of desserts in North America. Previously, Margaret served as the Director of Human Resources at CRE/Avanti, focusing on real estate investments, and as Vice President of People Operations at Monroe Group Ltd., specializing in affordable multifamily rental properties. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Premium Pet Health, HR Senior at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, and HR Manager at Policy Studies Inc. Margaret holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Denver.
