Alejandra Medina Briceño

Alejandra Medina Briceño has worked in various roles within the fields of UX/UI design and front-end development since 2011. In 2011, they began their career as a Visitador Médico at Meyer Productos Terapéuticos S.A. - del grupo Siegfried, where they were responsible for coordinating sales and customer service, developing agile methodologies to improve planning, and launching a new product that exceeded sales projections. In 2016, they moved to Farmacia El Gato as a Visitador Médico, where they were responsible for meeting sales goals and resolving customer issues. In 2017, they took on the role of Administrador at Peluqueria Fernando Pavez, where they analyzed market trends, determined consumer demand, and created plans to improve performance. In 2020, they joined Laboratoria as a Desarrolladora Front-End, where they worked with technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, GitHub, Node.js, Bootstrap, Npm, Trello, and Figma. Finally, in 2021, Alejandra joined Yu-Track as a Front-end Developer and UX/UI Designer, where they developed a dashboard with the NextJs framework on React, interacted with and documented APIs, and conducted research, testing, and design. Alejandra is currently working as a Designer UX/UI at Destacame.

Alejandra Medina Briceño has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained certifications in UX/UI Design from Coderhouse, Photoshop & Illustrator from Coderhouse, Front-End from Laboratoria, GitHub for Programmers from LinkedIn, Fundamentals of Web Development from LinkedIn, Git-GitHub from Udemy, React from Jóvenes Programadores, Juego Tres en Línea React from Udemy, and Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp. Alejandra is also currently enrolled in a Frontend Developer program at Laboratoria, and a UX/UI Designer program at Coderhouse. In 2022, they are expected to obtain certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM and Scrum Foundation from CertiProf. Alejandra Medina Briceño also holds a Licenciatura in Geriatría y gerontología from Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011.
