Sandra Reyes Madrid

Sandra Reyes Madrid has been working in the design and web development industry since 2010. Sandra began their career at Brand Attack as an Asesora y Consultora Gráfica. In 2011, they took on the role of Webmaster at Viajes Falabella, where they were responsible for maintaining and optimizing websites at a regional level. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Trabajando.com as a Desarrolladora Web, where they were involved in 3D modeling and CMS administration. During this time, they also worked at Mega as a Social Design Manager and Web Developer. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Chilexpress as a Consultor Front and at VTR as a Diseñadora Front (staffing). In 2019, they took on the role of Especialista UX E-Commerce at WOM Chile and UX Consultant at Readiness IT. Currently, they are the Head of Design UX/UI at Destacame.

Sandra Reyes Madrid has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Diplomatura in Gestión para la Transformación Digital from Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile in 2019. Sandra then completed a Design Sprint Remote Training from Puentte Design in 2020, followed by a Curso de Diseño Inclusivo para plataformas digitales from Universidad del Desarrollo in 2021. In the same year, they also completed a Diplomado en Estrategias y Experiencias Digitales desde el Diseño from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, they completed a Metodologías ágiles: Scrum + Kanban from eClass Academy in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
