Pamela Fernández Lueiza has held several roles in the business world since 2011. Pamela began their career as an Administración de Sitio Retail at Sodexo. Pamela then moved on to become an Administrador de Contrato at Mediterranea in 2015. From 2012 to 2016, they were employed as an Administradora de Cafeterías Fresco at COPEC S.A. After that, they were a Jefe de turnos at Sodexo Servicios de Beneficios e Incentivos from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they have been working as the People Success Office Manager at Destacame since 2019.

Pamela Fernández Lueiza has a background in business administration and management. Pamela obtained a degree in Administradora de empresas de rubro gastronómico from INACAP between 2007 and 2010. In 2014, they completed a course in Contabilidad Básica from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2016, they obtained a degree in Administrador de Condominios from Centro de Estudios Condominales.
